Each year 禁漫天堂鈥檚 career services team reports on the first destination after graduation for the previous year鈥檚 graduating class. This year, 94.11% of respondents from the University鈥檚 Class of 2021 are employed, enrolled in graduate or professional school, and/or engaged in post-graduate or military service. The full-time annual salary of the graduates averaged $58,209.

鈥淲e are proud of the wonderful outcomes our graduates continue to attain, particularly as the pandemic affected their educational experiences and continues to affect employment opportunities and processes,鈥 said Christina Spearman, assistant vice president for career development. 鈥淭heir success is a credit to their resilience, tenacity, and hard work. Our entire 禁漫天堂 community plays a role in preparing our students for their next steps, and I鈥檓 grateful to our faculty, student development colleagues, and many others who contribute to our comprehensive career development efforts.鈥

For more than a decade, roughly 95% of 禁漫天堂 graduates have reported that by the time of this survey, they are employed full-time, attending graduate or professional school (i.e., medical, dental, law school), serving in the military, or engaged in a post-college service program, such as the Jesuit Volunteer Corps or Teach for America.

Popular employers from the Class of 2021 data collection included Morgan Stanley, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase, Flywheel Digital, Oracle, and Merkle, among others.

禁漫天堂鈥檚 career services team received survey responses and gathered research from sites like LinkedIn to obtain information on 611 of 858 graduates for a 71% knowledge rate (compared to 76.1% in 2020). 禁漫天堂 utilizes the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) methodology, the national standard, for collecting and reporting results.
